Passport To Stockholm – ‘All At Once’

Passport to Stockholm2

London quartet Passport To Stockholm have unveiled ‘‘All At Once’’, the lead track from their forthcoming EP of the same name, which will be released on INgrooves, August 28th 2015.

Comprising Chris “Barny” Barnard on Vocals, Tom Piggott playing Guitar, Mariona De Lomo on the Cello, and Henri Grimes taking up the Drums and Percussion, Passport to Stockholm have had great support from BBC Introducing, 6Music, Amazing Radio and more. Launching their debut EP ‘Chemistry’ on PledgeMusic, their dedicated fan-base broke their target in just over 48 hours.

It’s easy to see why – ‘All At Once’ has an easy on the ear sound reminiscent of bands of much longer standing, such as Coldplay, Elbow, Kodaline. It’s a polished, well put together track, reflecting the fact that Chris and Tom have been making music together since they were teenagers. Soaring harmonies and the swooping cello of classically trained Mariona pull together a fantastic song which could as easily be heard on a TV station promo (think of a shot zooming over Beachy Head) as it could on the radio.

The EP is available to preorder here and includes an instant download of ‘All At Once’ as a free track.

Passport To Stockholm will be playing at the Sportbeat Festival on August 16, headlining at the Sebright Arms on 19 August (advance tickets £6), and the Weyfest Festival on the 5th of September. Click the links for ticket details.
