Louis No King of the Kitchen

louis-and-the-chicken-wingsDon’t let Louis Walsh in your kitchen – that’s a handy word of advice from Westlife’s Brian McFadden, who invited the XFactor judge to participate in his new show, “Who’s Doing the Dishes“.

The premise of the new show, being made for UK channel ITV, is for stars to make a dish in a family’s home – without them knowing who the celebrity cook is.

McFadden told Irish entertainment website, GOSS.ie:

“I can tell you that the show had Louis Walsh. He did it to me as a favour because he doesn’t cook so it is a very, very funny show to watch – Louis Walsh trying to cook food,” he said.

“It’s actually quite disturbing in points. He tried to make spicy chicken wings.

“The only way I could describe it was f***ing disgusting. He just got these wings that looked like bats and he made a marinade with water, ketchup and mustard and just poured it over and cooked it.

“I’ve never seen anyone just hand food back and just go, ‘I’m not eating that’. Poor people starved to death.”

Brian went on to point out that Walsh was very funny:

“He was slagging the contestants, he was just brilliant. Just being proper Louis in an apron.”

Let’s hope that Louis’ financial advice is better than his cooking skills – he’s recently referred One Direction’s Harry Styles and Niall Horan to his accountant!
