Nefertiitii was born to a young mother in Baltimore, Maryland, and grew up being told she’d be nothing more than a statistic. Nowadays however she’s one of the most talked about rappers to come out of “Mobtown” and for good reasons. Nefertiitii’s latest track, ‘Motives’, features Ron Dreamz and is a showcase of her masterful rhythm and writing skills.

Nightmare Air comprises Dave Dupuis, Swaan Miller, and Jimmy Lucido. The trio are based in Los Angeles and shred up the stage with guitars, drums, and “meticulously layered boy-girl harmonies”. Their studio albums are sublime, their stage performances even more so. Not quite shoegaze, not quite full blown rock, the band’s music is possibly best described as “shoegaze with a rocky edge”.

Her mother, working as her manager, pushed her to pursue a solo career, and eventually she agreed. After several setbacks, including a car accident which caused her to put two record deals on hold, she released her first album, formed a band, and started touring nationally and internationally. Her latest track is ‘The Storm’.
