Olly Murs today announces a huge 25 date UK tour of stunning outdoor venues – kicking off in June next year. With much of 2020 coming to a standstill due to the Covid-19 pandemic, next year’s shows aim to put a smile back on the face of the country where he will perform his biggest hits, including tracks from his recently certified triple platinum album ‘Never Been Better’.
Olly Murs today has released the latest single from his ‘You Know | I Know’ album, ‘Feel The Same’, featuring legendary guitarist, Nile Rodgers. The song is one of the standout tracks on the album, which has already sold over 200,000 copies. The release precedes Olly’s massive 21 date tour, which commences May 1, in Aberdeen.
Olly Murs has released five albums so far, four of which have reached the number one spot, while his self titled debut, released in 2010, had to be satisfied with second place. Not too shady really! Olly’s 6th album, ‘You Know I Know’, set for release this Friday, November 9, looks set to repeat the trend, with its double album style blend of new songs and older hits.
Olly Murs’ new single, ‘Moves’ (ft Snoop Dogg) is set for release on 28th September. Written by Ed Sheeran and Steve Mac, the track is a massive slice of pure pop and features on the end credits of the forthcoming film, ‘Johnny English Strikes Again’. The film will be in cinemas from October 5, and is released through Universal Pictures.
When Olly Murs confirmed Louisa Johnson as special guest on his forthcoming massive summer UK tour, his first thought was they should duet together. His choice of song was the sultry pop swagger of ‘Unpredictable’ so he sent this uptempo pop classic to Louisa. She loved it so much they decided to record it and the rest is soon to be history.
