Canadian Alt/pop artist Lights is bringing her fourth studio album ‘Skin&Earth’ to the UK for the first time, and heading out on a UK tour. She will kick things off on 21st May at Manchester’s Night And Day, and make her way around venues in cities including London’s Garage on the 23rd May, before making her debut appearance at Slam Dunk Festival in Leeds and Hatfield. Lights will then wrap things up at Glasgow’s King Tut’s on 28th May. 3 shows out of 4 are now SOLD OUT. Lights is also set to appear at Comic Con on 24th May, at London’s ExCeL.
In an amazing coup for the Canadian produer, deamau5 has scored the upcoming Netflix film, ‘Polar’. The action thriller, which will be avaiable to view on Netflix from January 25, was directed by renowned Swedish director and drummer, Jonas Åkerlund, while the screenplay was written by Jayson Rothwell, best known for the 2012 horror film, ‘Silent Night’.
deadmau5’ label mau5trap welcomes the release of ‘mau5ville: level 2’, a collection of fresh mau5 music and remixes, plus new material from other artists. This time the pop-up shop experience will travel across the Atlantic to the UK for a special run of dates to coincide with mau5’s headline shows.

The artist, from Calgary, Canada, whose real name is Brandon Linkewich, started his journey as an electronic artist at the age of 13, when he bought his first pair of DJ decks. Soaking up a world including the likes of Tiësto, Deadmau5, and Laidback Luke, he saw his destiny in dance music.
