Essential Advent Calendar: CBeebies’ Andy Day Releases Christmas Song ‘All Together (At Christmas Time)’

Opening door number 8 and we find Children’s BAFTA winning Andy Day. Andy has been presenting on CBeebies since 2007, and has been made patron of the Anti Bullying Alliance, launching his own national event, “Odd Socks Day”, which falls in November to co-incide with Anti Bullying Week. He launched his band, Andy and the Odd Socks at Glastonbury this year, and they’ve since released an album, as well as a Christmas single.
We were given the opportunity to speak to Andy.

The video for Queens Of The Stone Age’s ‘The Way You Used To Do’ has been described by Billboard as “a Satanic Fever Dream.” The first single from their album, ‘Villains’, it was originally released exclusively to Apple Music, and topped the Billboard charts. It’s now also been released on Vevo, and has almost cracked the million mark in its first week.

KNITWIT – ‘LookOut’

Rapper KNITWIT had to move from his home town of San Diego in order to get some recognition for his music. Real name Shon Lloyd, KNITWIT found support however in other California cities like Los Angeles and Oakland, then in Arizona, where he moved earlier this year. KNITWIT’s latest song, ‘LookOut’, is set to make him a household name and establish him as an artist in his own right.
