Emerging Polish Sensation klaud Releases Second Single, ‘unwell’

Released on July 5, ‘unwell’ is the new single from emerging Polish artist, klaud. It’s the second track for the 19 year old, and is available to stream and download here.

‘unwell’, the follow-up to klaud’s debut single, ‘mad king’, is both poignant and touching in its story of prioritising your mental health above all else, and the importance in doing so. ‘unwell’ takes a lyrical deep dive into themes of self-doubt, and low self worth, and how these worked together to bring about the loss of klaud’s best friend, one of the most important people in his life.

Speaking about ‘unwell’, klaud said,

‘They decided to take a different path in their life and move on from me which really made me feel like I am the problem. Throughout this song, I want to connect with people that are going through similar issues.’

The emotional backstory to ‘unwell’ serves to underpin its authenticity, and only adds to the already beautiful song, while at the same time, sending a very important, and crucial, message about issues of mental health.

klaud, a Polish musician and songwriter, based in the UK, sings and performs on ‘unwell’, and accompanied by electronic rhythms and electric guitars, his vocals expressing a certain naivety and innocence. klaud sings of being in hell because he’s unwell, and his quest to find himself again in the despair of losing his friends. ‘unwell’ is a relatable track, showcasing klaud’s pure emotion, and willingness to be vulnerable.

‘unwell’ is out now and is available to stream and download here. You can find out more about klaud and his music online on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Spotify, and Apple Music.
