Australian alt pop rock artist IV DANTE is set to release his latest track, ‘be with me’ on 19th October.
The singer songwriter first wrote the track as an acoustic jam, with just a guitar and a loop pedal forming the core of the track. From thereon in he expresses his feelings, taking the listener on a lyrical journey about finding comfort in being without someone that you otherwise may think you need. The track showcases his strengths in composition, and after the addition of drums and post production, coupled with complex guitar, ‘be with me’ is revealed to be a track of many different layers.
IV DANTE has been playing live since the age of 13, and began playing in cover bands from 15 years old, where he worked on the pub circuit. Now he brings that experience to his solo career.
IV DANTE has worked with the likes of ARIA and Golden Guitar award nominated producer Jimi Maroudis, who’s known for his work with The Living End, Eskimo Joe, and Kimbra, as well as Ray Tosti, founding member of Hunters & Collectors, and himself an inductee of the ARIA Hall Of Fame, and it’s this which has encouraged him to become the best he can be.
‘be with me’ comes with a stunning music video which serves not just as promotion for the song, but also as a tourism video for Victoria, Australia, with shots around the beaches, mountains, and bushland.
