Jared Lee – ‘Professional Lovers’

Jared Lee is a singer-songwriter who has also been awarded as a platinum producer after working alongside artists such as Jason Derulo. He grew up in Boston, where his work gained popularity and found its way onto playlists worldwide.

His latest release, ‘Professional Lovers’, which has had a remix done alongside Nashville singer and producer MOKITA, was released on the 9th of February, and is a must-have on your playlist.

The original songs focus remains on Lee’s vocal abilities, with the music being a soft undertone allowing you to hear the strength of his words. This song truly shows Lee’s ability to take a song, and transfer true emotion into every word.

The song remains upbeat but the chorus makes you want to sing, and dance along as the beat rises. Professional lovers show just how incredible Lee’s voice is, and it can only be described as a voice that sends chills through your body.

The remix with artist MOKITA keeps the focus on the vocals, however turns this already upbeat and catchy song into one which you want to dance along too. This shows both Lee and MOKITA as the incredible artists that they are, and explains why they are constantly growing.

Both versions of this song are a must have on your playlist- either for a chill-out or a get up and go vibe.

About the author

There’s a lot of music out there - good music. At Essentially Pop our remit is that we cover music that deserves to be heard, with a particular focus on independent artists. That doesn't mean we won't cover your old favourites - rather we hope to give you some new favourites as well.

We no longer accept unpaid PR agency work. We believe the creative arts have value, and this includes writing. As always, we will write about artists who contact us - or who we contact - for free - but we can no longer work free of charge for PR agencies. We work hard, we put in a lot of hours writing, and we ask that you respect that. Contact us for our very reasonable rates.
