It might be hard to believe, but John and Edward Grimes, aka Jedward, will be turning 25 next month. The dynamic Dublin duo have decided to share the very special birthday with their fans, and shall be performing in concert at The O2 Academy 2, Islington, on 16 October.
Tickets will go on sale at 10am on Monday October 3, with further information available from the venue’s website.
Jedward have recently teased fans with clips from a new song, called ‘Hologram’, the follow up to ‘The HOPE Song’, which was released in early August.

It’s hoped that they will sing ‘Hologram’, as well as the rest of their self-written songs, including the YouTube hit, ‘Good Vibes’, at their birthday gig.
Jedward showed yesterday how much of a draw they continue to be. The twins posted a photo of themselves with singer Dido, dating from November 2013, suggesting that they’d like to hear more music from her soon.

The press have taken this and run with it, believing it to be a hint at a collaboration between the ‘Free Spirit’ singers and the reclusive Dido. So far the story has been run by the Metro, Heart, and Digital Spy, who have since changed their story to reflect the age of the photo.
