CoVanzetti Releases New Track ‘Myself’

CoVanzetti

North Carolina based Hip Hop artist CoVanzetti launched his career in 2013 and cites his influences as being artists such as Nas, Wiz Khalifa, Tupac, and Notorious BIG. His latest track, ‘Myself’, is available now to download on iTunes.

CoVanzetti grew up in Syracuse New York, with five sisters and one brother, and was always surrounded by music. Growing up playing the drums in church, he saw many family members die as a result of street violence: rather than letting this tragedy overwhelm him, CoVanzetti took the opportunity to make a positive change in his life. He moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2013, where he launched his music career and has received high praise from the likes of Daily Loud, as well as considerable Soundcloud streams.

‘Myself’ is a gritty, punchy track, the ideas and inspiration for which came together within hours. Lyrically explicit, the song is empowering and yet somehow sad. CoVanzetti has achieved what he has by himself, but he’s been cheated and hurt along the way.

A prolific artist, CoVanzetti has had a very promising year so far, and it seems certain his star will continue to rise.
