Introducing Juliana: Not Just a ‘Mere Mortal’

Juliana 1

‘Waterfalls’, the debut single from Australian singer/songwriter, Juliana, is a gorgeous introduction to an artist who is definitely going places.

Accompanied by a video with a fictional post-apocalyptic storyline (we defy anyone not to be moved by it), the song showcases the Melbourne singer’s strong, clear voice, and would be worthy of any artist of many albums’ standing.

In fact Juliana’s EP, ‘Mere Mortal’, released last month, is her debut: of the five tracks, the standout (apart from ‘Waterfalls’) would have to be the beautiful opener, ‘Speechless’. It’s the perfect pop song, yet with a rocky, urban edge – you can’t really pigeon-hole the song into any particular genre, and the same can be said for the rest of the songs on the EP.

Find Juliana online on her websiteFacebookTwitter, and Instagram. ‘Mere Mortal’ is available on iTunes.
