With roots in both Ethiopia and Eritrea, Swedish artist/songwriter/producer Bishat writes and performs dark soulful pop, with a deep influence from modern R&B. She has released her debut EP today, 20 April – ‘Q 147 (Mixtape)’, with the title representing the 4th quarter of 2017 – when the EP was written – a dark period of her life.
