Room Full of Strangers – ‘Modern Media’

They’ve even been called a tougher DEVO – high praise indeed. Regardless of all this, Room Full Of Strangers are rock and roll all the way through to their bones – taking their approach to life as well as their music.

Jane N’ The Jungle – ‘Faded Stars’

Although bandmates Jordan White and Brian Dellis grew up together, the pair have diversely different musical backgrounds. White performed in choirs before gaining her degree in Musical Theatre, and learning to write and perform original songs at coffeehouses in Hollywood. Conversely, Dellis’s guitar riffs come from his membership of local punk rock bands.

Elia – ‘Time to Rise’

Born in Italy, Elia Pazzini, known to most as Elia, began his musical path only recently, at the age of 22. He credits it as saving his life, rescuing him from both a painful relationship, and an academic life path that he found unfulfilling. Although he had no formal musical training, Elia nonetheless found solace in it, and sat on the beach with an iPad and an idea – and his musical career was born.

From Apes To Angels To Release Debut EP, ‘New Skin’ On July 24

Synth/dreamwave duo, From Apes to Angels, bring an 80s vibe to their music reminiscent of the likes of Depeche Mode, Visage, and Ultravox and more recent artists such as Chvrches and Grimes.

Comprising Millie Gaum on vocals and Andrew Brassleay on synth, From Apes To Angels are set to release their debut EP, ‘New Skin’, on July 24.
