A singer/songwriter and animal rights activist, he volunteers at local animal shelters and rescues, as well as with his favourite non-profit organisation, Mercy For Animals, which focuses on protecting farm animals. 100% of the CD sales from his newest album, ‘Quiet Now’ will go to the charity. Bryan Fox is a whole lot of country and a little bit rock and roll. The Louisville, Kentucky native works as a dentist by day but music is where his heart lays, and he makes regular trips to Nashville and California to write and record music. Bryan’s song, ‘I Saw My Ex-Wife Workin’ At The Bass Pro’ was first released on his 2010 album ‘Big City Lights’, and six years later he released sophomore album, ‘It’s Gonna Be That Kind Of Night’. In 2017 he dug through his song catalogue to find the one which would lend itself best to a video: ‘Bass Pro’ leapt out at him. When Bass Pro denied his request to shoot the clip in their store, he decided to rework the song as a parody, and ‘Bait Pro’ was born.

Tune-Yards – ‘Heart Attack’

The name Tune-Yards (also known as tUnE-yArDs) is on everyone’s lips lately, and for good reason. Their new album, ‘I can feel you creep into my private life’, was released on January 19 and sees Tune-Yards creator Merrill Garbus joined by long-time collaborator Nate Brenner. Brenner produced and wrote the album, with lyrics by Garbus. New single ‘Heart Attack’, is out now.

Australian alt pop group, Cub Sport, have recently released the video for their song, ‘Good Guys Go’. It’s the third release from their second studio album, ‘BATS’.

Tiny Fighter – ‘New Century’

Australian/Swedish duo Tiny Fighter haven’t been making music together for very long, but they are a name to watch out for. Tim Spelman moved from Melbourne to Stockholm in 2016, where he joined forces with local singer Theres Karlsson. The pair work to their strengths: Tim starts songs, Therese finishes them – together they play indie-pop music with a bittersweet edge and their debut single, ‘New Century’ is the perfect example.

The Gray Vines – ‘See Me’

New Jersey is known as the home of countless world-renowned artists; Springsteen, The Jonas Brothers, Frankie Valli, Paul Simon, Jon Bon Jovi and Whitney Houston among many others. Dirty Heads, from Huntingdon Beach in California, are an Alternative/Hip Hop/Reggae collective that were formed in 1996 by Jared Watson and Dustin “Duddy B” Bushnell. Their latst single, ‘Celebrate’ features The Unlikely Candidates, from Fort Worth, Texas. The track is paired with a video directed by Wayne Isham, which combines old family photos and videos, shots of the band performing, as well as concert footage.
