Major Moment is made up of two Russian-born vocalists – Andrey Borzykin and Sasha Razumova, and a US born drummer, Adam Soucy. Together the three have formed a truly modern rock band in Boston. Their latest track, ‘Leave Out All The Rest’ is their homage to Linkin Park’s Chester Bennington, and has been released to create awareness of mental health and suicide prevention.

According to Wikipedia, “Populuxe” was a consumer culture and aesthetic in the USA in the 1950s and 1960s, with the term being a combination of “popular” and “luxury”. It’s a particularly apt name for the modern-art trio from Brooklyn, New York, who constantly find ways to reinvent themselves, with each new release. Their latest album, ‘Lumiere’, released last year, is a lush, aesthetically pleasing, mash-up of sounds akin to that of Pink Floyd and David Bowie.

The video sees the band throwing a party and performing in the basement of their friend’s house, unbeknown to the parents who are upstairs also partying. The catchy and upbeat track amplifies the band’s excellent musicianship, and is sure to go down a storm live. ‘Permission’ was added into Spotify’s prestigious New Music Friday Playlist UK (685k followers) on day of release, and has also been added to New Pop Revolution (142k followers) and Apple Music’s Best Of The Week playlist. Hunt Sales Memorial – ‘One Day’ And ‘Angel Of Darkness’

Hunt Sales has grown up in show business. He’s the son of legendary comedian and actor, Soupy Sales, and he’s played drums on stage since he was a teenager. He’s collaborated with the likes of Iggy Pop – he played drums on ‘Lust For Life’, and Todd Rundgren’s Top 20 classic, ‘We Gotta Get You A Woman’. He’s played with Bootsy Collins, and was one of the founding members of 80s experimental band, Tin Machine, which was fronted by David Bowie.
