Rofi James Release New EP ‘Helium’ Ahead Of Live Performances

We first met Rofi James at Easter, when they were performing at the inaugural Irish Music Party Showcase, held at Dublin’s world famous Workman’s Club. Now the pop/rock band from Galway have released their 5 track debut EP, ‘Helium’, following on the success of their previous releases, ‘Fool For Your Love’, ‘Open Eyes’, and most recent single, ‘Reason’.

The first single to be released from ‘Helium’, is the soft, pop/rock track, ‘I Tried’. Out on November 9, it’s the fourth release from the band, all of which are present on the EP, along with the upbeat and very passionate, ‘Love Shot’, and is currently garnering much radio play around Ireland.



‘Open Eyes’ was nominated as Best Single in the 2017 Pure M Awards, and ‘Reason’ reached the number 3 spot in the Radio Monitor Irish Airplay Charts, sharing space with tracks by All Tvvins, and U2. Besides the afore-mentioned Irish Music Party Showcase, Rofi James have performed support slots for the likes of The Riptide Movement, Picture This, Heritage Green, and Ryan Sheridan.

December 8th 2018 – Lukers Live, Shannonbridge, Offaly
December 15th 2018 – The Chasin’ Bull – Bundoran, Donegal

January 11th 2019 – The Cobblestone – Smithfield, Dublin
