Iran native Maryama (real name Maryam Mirbagheri) studied guitar alongside rockstars including Ardavan Anzabipour and Homayoun Majdzadeh before moving to North California. Now living in Los Angeles, her Iranian roots are still evident in her new single, ‘Where The Mermaids Are’.
