Live Review: Leestock Festival ’23

One year passed, and I returned to one of my festival favourites; I couldn’t be more excited. It is, of course, Suffolk’s sold-out Leestock Festival, which takes place in Kentwell Hall. There is something quite special about Leestock. For me, for the second time in a row, it kickstarts the annual season with the best entertainment and an impressive selection of musical acts.

Now that everyone is allowed out and about again, it is hard to pick and choose from the overwhelming amount of live shows, festivals, and pub gigs. During the Bank Holiday weekend, it seemed like everywhere you looked, there was an event in full swing.

With the Jubilee weekend, people have been scattered everywhere but at home. The sunny, not-so-usual British weather let us enjoy a pint or two, whether it was in the streets of England waving a British flag or at a local pub catching up with friends enjoying days off work.
