Throughout the song, which was written by ALONZO and produced by Quincy Holland, self-worth becomes an anthem, as ALONZO calls for action, consistency, trust, and respect while at the same time, confronting the difference between someone saying they love you and behaving in a way that demonstrates it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting with restraint, the visual gradually expands until it’s a high-powered dance sequence.
