UK Afrobeats rising star Great Adamz is set to make a highly anticipated return to the MOBO Awards, this time stepping onto the red carpet as one of the scene\u2019s most exciting emerging success stories.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Having previously been selected for the prestigious MOBO Unsung Class of 2022, Adamz returns to the ceremony in 2025 with major career momentum behind him, including a No.1 on the Music Week Black Music Chart with his hit single ‘Jeje’, a sold-out headline show in Northampton, and a growing reputation as a dynamic live performer with his full band, The 99 Band.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The red carpet appearance marks a full-circle moment for the Nigerian-born, UK-based artist, who first entered the MOBO ecosystem as part of its artist development programme. Since then, he has gone on to build an impressive catalogue, collaborate with rising and established names, and develop a sound that blends Afrobeats with global influences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reflecting on his journey, Great Adamz says, \u201cIt feels good to be back honestly love the MOBOs! It was great to be in the room with some really talented people it was an experience that I enjoyed and will absolutely do again.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adamz\u2019s rise has been marked not only by streaming success and chart recognition, but also by his live performances. His recent sold-out Valentine\u2019s Day headline show brought together a diverse lineup of local talent and introduced audiences to The 99 Band, a full live setup that has added a new dimension to his sound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
