This winter, as The Overtones celebrate 15 glittering years with their unmissable Christmas Party tour, audiences will also be treated to something truly special: an opening set from acclaimed singer-songwriter Rachael Sage, whose warmth, wit, and vibrant artistry make her the perfect match for the season\u2019s most joyful show.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Sage, a beloved figure on both sides of the Atlantic, has built a career on crafting songs that radiate empathy and light. Her forthcoming album with her band, Rachael Sage & The Sequins, titled ‘Canopy’, is an invitation to find shelter and connection in music. A rich blend of folk-pop, Americana, and poetic storytelling, it reflects Sage\u2019s signature ability to turn lived experience into something universal, heartfelt, and uplifting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently the official ambassador for Rainbow Mind, a pioneering UK charity supporting LGBTQIA+ mental health, Sage brings not only her remarkable voice and musicianship to the stage but also a message of radical inclusivity and hope. Her performances are known to be as intimate as they are joyful, a perfect way to open a night that celebrates togetherness and good cheer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, the evening wouldn\u2019t be complete without The Overtones, who have been lighting up stages across the UK for over a decade. The four-piece, Mike Crawshaw, Darren Everest, Mark Franks, Jay James Picton, have earned their place as the country\u2019s favourite vocal harmony group with six Top 10 albums, 13 sold-out tours, and an irresistible feel-good energy.
