Hi Allegra! How are you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hey! I\u2019m doing really well, thank you. It\u2019s been a busy but exciting time, and I\u2019m just so grateful for everything that\u2019s happening right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What a year 2024 was for you! From the hit collaboration with DJ Alok on \u2018Love You Right Back\u2019 to your debut EP, \u2018Unsent Love Letters Vol.1\u2019, you really made your mark on the pop scene. Now, you\u2019re returning with \u2018Wildfire\u2019 – can you talk us through the inspiration behind the radiant new single?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you so much! ‘Wildfire’ came from this place of wanting to spread love, especially in a world that sometimes feels heavy and divided. The idea was about love catching on and spreading fast, just like a wildfire, but in the best, most powerful way possible. I wanted to remind people that when we come together, we\u2019re unstoppable – love really can change everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The track feels like an instant hit, capturing the unstoppable force of love and unity. How does the song convert the negative connotations of \u2018Wildfire\u2019 into a glowing symbol of connection?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That was exactly the challenge I loved about writing it! A wildfire can be destructive, but I wanted to flip that on its head and show how something can spread so quickly in a positive way. Love, kindness, and support – if those could catch like a wildfire, imagine how powerful that could be? I wanted to capture that unstoppable, contagious feeling of human connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From your debut single to now, how does the track reflect how you\u2019ve evolved as an artist?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think Wildfire shows a more confident, bolder side of me. I\u2019ve grown so much since my first single, both personally and musically, and I\u2019m way more comfortable being vulnerable and speaking about things that really matter to me. This song feels like me stepping up and taking my sound to the next level – it\u2019s still catchy and danceable, but it has a bigger message behind it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Co-produced by Tim Gosden and Becky Smith, the track fits perfectly into your discography, blending electronica with a particularly irresistible chorus. Are you heading down a more dance-pop direction or is \u2018Wildfire\u2019 more of a standalone track?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think Wildfire is a bridge between where I\u2019ve been and where I\u2019m going. Dance-pop will always have a place in my heart – I love making people move – but I\u2019m also exploring more personal stories and deeper emotions in my music. So you\u2019ll hear me bouncing between those worlds a bit more. I\u2019m not sticking to one lane, but Wildfire definitely shows my love for dance-infused pop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018Wildfire\u2019 could instantly get anyone on the dancefloor with its unrelenting energy. What\u2019s your go-to song that will always encourage you to dance?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ooh, it has to be ‘Levitating’, by Dua Lipa. It never fails! I hear that beat and I\u2019m instantly up and moving, no matter what mood I\u2019m in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re really enjoying your lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content on social media! What does a typical day in the studio look like for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you! I love being able to share those behind-the-scenes moments. A typical day in the studio usually starts with catching up with the team – we\u2019re like a little family, so there\u2019s always a lot to talk about. From there, we\u2019ll start building ideas, whether that\u2019s from scratch or something I\u2019ve written at home. There\u2019s loads of laughing, experimenting, and trying out unexpected things that sometimes become the best parts of the track. And of course, lots of tea with honey to keep my voice feeling good!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does your creative process look like and how did it adapt for \u2018Wildfire\u2019?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My process is usually pretty collaborative – I love bouncing ideas off the people I work with. For ‘Wildfire’, it was important to get that explosive, uplifting feeling across, so I really focused on the energy of the melodies and how the lyrics could feel universal. It was also about stripping back anything that felt too complicated and letting the message shine through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you tease what\u2019s next \u2014 perhaps an \u2018Unsent Love Letters Vol.2\u2019 on the way?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well, I can say there is a new EP coming, but it\u2019s not Unsent Love Letters Vol. 2 just yet! All will be revealed soon. I actually shot the music video for the lead single just yesterday, and it\u2019s all feeling so exciting right now. I can\u2019t wait to share more \u2014 there\u2019s so much in the works!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
