“Jamie Reeves is an overnight sensation that has taken 21 years to get here.”<\/p>\n

Jamie started his career as a DJ\/Kids entertainer in Majorca, before moving to Haven Holidays as lead male vocalist.\u00a0 From there he joined the cabaret circuit, working with Jerry Lane and touring all over the UK.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Jamie has worked on his own material, and also produced his own cabaret show, touring around UK holiday centres.\u00a0 He’s performed on Channel 4 and BBC Radio 1 in his tribute shows, “Gobbie Williams”, and “Young Blue Eyes”.\u00a0 From there he set up the Singing Waiters, “A Laaaaa Garcons<\/span>” in 2009, and has toured extensively with this act.<\/p>\n

Jamie’s influences include, apart from The Rat Pack and Robbie Williams, Tom Jones, Levi Stubbs, Al Green, and Freddie Mercury.\u00a0 You can also hear echoes of Michael Buble in his voice.<\/p>\n

Jamie\u2019s EP, “Happy Vs Happy” was released on CD in June last year, but it’s now available to download on iTunes<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Jamie sings his own version Pharell William\u2019s “Happy” and pits it against his cover of Velvet Hammer\u2019s northern soul classic by the same name.<\/p>\n
