Told from the perspective of a narrator who feels trapped in a relationship that is making them increasingly feel suffocated, ‘No Where’ from Susan Aquila is unapologetically hard rock with a classical edge.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

There’s a taste of sweet sweet freedom that’s just beyond reach in ‘No Where’, and all it takes is to summon the courage to just go for it, take the leap, and never look back where you’ve been. Right from the outset, Susan Aquila shows us that she\u2019s headed for \u201cfame or bust\u201d, while listeners might be torn as to where to focus: Susan is mesmerising with her violin, the sound of her strings soaring over the other instruments, while she effortlessly carves a path through the the guitars and percussion, who nonetheless assert their own positions. Additionally, Susan’s vocals are also fighting for attention, with fury, joy, and above all, an avowed urgency that marks a heart-pounding rollercoaster ride of a song.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The music video for ‘No Where’ is equally assertive, as Susan makes her way through the streets of LA, carrying her electric violin. Directed and edited by photographer Emily Hefele, we see Susan, in her signature style – elegance and drama with leather bustier, thigh high boots, and plenty of tulle, as she performs on the Sunset Strip, or relaxes, overlooking her hotel pool.
