CEDER’s soulful vocals are evocative and honest, and when combined with Dorotea’s classical-meets-jazz cello, as well as rich harmonies, gentle guitar, and ensures that each song on ‘CEDER & Dorotea’ is catchy and moving. The captivating acoustic pop calls out images of love, vulnerability, and connection, and offers the listener a fresh perspective by way of gorgeously stripped back arrangements, showcasing the artists’ raw talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Singing in Swedish and English (with some French in track five, the acoustic song, ‘Shut Down’), CEDER’s vocals are light yet powerful, perfectly in sync with the instrumental accompaniment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her stage name is derived from her surname, has a heartfelt storytelling style, that is filled with the beauty of nature she’s grown up with. Her musical journey began at an early age, and she discovered that through songwriting she could channel her emotions in useful ways.
