We interviewed<\/a> Uncle Ryano earlier this month, and now we bring you his incredible video for ‘Run Wide Open’.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Strand, the ninety-nine year old theatre in Shreveport Louisiana, is the perfect backdrop for Uncle Ryano’s rip-roaring country song, ‘Run Wide Open’. Directed by John Chambers, his big voice and even bigger personality are captured in all their glory, set against this grand old dame of a theatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Born in California, raised in Texas, but now making a great name for himself in Louisiana, Uncle Ryano entertains audiences with his growling singing style and anthemic songs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘Run Wide Open’, his latest single, comes ahead of his new album, ‘New West’, and is an amalgamation of bluegrass and funk, along with a catchy enough melody and hook that makes it perfect for pop radio stations. The track serves as a statement of purpose for the hardworking artist, reminding us that there’s no harm in working hard, and in fact, a little sweat is good for us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The video shows Uncle Ryano singing his lungs out on stage at The Strand, interspersed with clips of people riding dirt bikes, tearing up the track, accompanied by cars also hitting it hard. There’s also shots of horses racing, their riders at one with their smooth strides, as well as human runners, going for all they’re worth. It’s energetic and encouraging, and hopefully will get you wanting to run wide open yourself!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
