Kimberly Morgan York returns with an upbeat, bluegrass track, with plenty of pedal steel guitar, honky tonk piano, and tinges of gospel as she tells a cautionary tale of being always alert to the temptations of the devil – and the temptations are everywhere – even in church – and all year long. You can think you’re immune to it all but then the devil comes along in the guise of your husband’s cousin, flirting with you; he doesn’t take a day off either, so there’s no point thinking you’ve avoided it all by staying in at Halloween: he’s going to catch you any day of the week or the year. He works all year long and takes no vacation days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, Kimberly Morgan York’s vocals are temptation itself; perhaps she’s the devil in disguise herself, with her voice calling to us and drawing us in, as she’s accompanied by a slew of fast-paced instrumentalists on guitar, drums, and piano.
