Released February 4, ‘Two Years’, from Roosevelt Wooden, is a fun blend of a wide range of pop components in one incredible track. It’s fun, it’s funky, and it’s got a wicked bass line that is perfectly matched to a danceable drum track. <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Add to this synths and keyboards throughout the track that add just enough pzazz to make ‘Two Years’ not just a catchy song, but one that will have you playing it over and over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roosevelt Wooden’s musical style is augmented by his unique vocals that call to mind both Michael Jackson and Jamiroquai. The backing vocals incorporate ad libs, but the overall effect is one of a seamless chemistry, as Roosevelt sings of his crush, who sadly, has a girlfriend. While upbeat, there’s no getting past that it’s a tale of unrequited love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roosevelt with his musical partner Kyle, with whom he has the band, The Alpha Peaches, took a mere 2 weeks to craft the song into what we hear today. 20 year old Roosevelt is clearly set to go far in the music industry and we’re here for it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
