When Mariea Antoinette’s music teacher brought a harpist to perform for their class, she was immediately struck by the beauty and power of the instrument and decided from that point to become a true master harpist. And so she has. Mariea Antoinette’s new single, ‘So Amazing’, will have you declaring those very words as you are drawn into her talent.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Following her studies for her bachelors and master’s degrees in music and harp performance, Mariea has since performed for President Barack Obama, been featured with chart-topping pop and soul groups, prestigious symphonies and festivals worldwide, and been considered for Grammy nominations in a number of categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mariea’s latest single, ‘So Amazing’, sees her cover the R&B classic by Luther Vandross. In her hands, the track is gorgeous, utterly breathtaking. She first performed the track at a wedding, receiving a round of applause when she finished playing the bride to the altar. Mariea took that as a sign to release the track, and we are so glad she did.

The music video for ‘So Amazing’ goes some way to capture the beauty of Mariea Antoinette’s talent. Opening with a drone shot of a mansion in the hills, we come to see the artist outside, playing her harp, and play she certainly does. Gorgeous sounds are produced as she carefully and masterfully moves her fingers over the strings, losing herself in the calm perfection of the music. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mariea is dressed elegantly in a tulle skirt and bejewelled white top. These aren’t her only jewels – she is dripping with them from head to toe. Next we see Mariea in a different outfit, yellow and feathered, still playing, this time with a more portable harp strapped onto her shoulder and waist. Mariea is joined by two women in backing vocals, and yet at no way do they overpower the pure and resplendent quality of the harp. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All in all, ‘So Amazing’, in the hands of Mariea Antoinette, is a gorgeous single that totally evokes the true feelings of love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
