Written and directed by Academy Award nominated Rian Johnson, &#8216;Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery&#8217; is the much anticipated follow up to his incredible 2019 hit, &#8216;Knives Out&#8217;. The film will be the first ever Netflix film to debut across all three major US theatrical chains: AMC, Regal, and Cinemark. Additionally, the film will lay in other select theatres in the US, and internationally, including Canada, the UK, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Spain, Israel, Australia and New Zealand. The film makes its Netflix arrival just in time for the Christmas and New Year holidays, on December 23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking of the film, filmmaker Rian Johnson said,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cI\u2019m over the moon that Netflix has worked with AMC, Regal and Cinemark to get Glass Onion in theaters for this one of a kind sneak preview. These movies are made to thrill audiences, and I can\u2019t wait to feel the energy of the crowd as they experience GLASS ONION. Between this and the release on Netflix in December, I&#8217;m excited that audiences around the world will be able to enjoy the film!&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8216;Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery&#8217; sees Daniel Craig return as suave southern sleuth Benoit Blanc, as he peels back the layers &#8211; onion style &#8211; on a new mystery. Joining him will be a colourful coterie of suspects, played by a star-studded cast including Edward Norton, Janelle Mon\u00e1e, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr., Jessica Henwick, Madelyn Cline with Kate Hudson and Dave Bautista. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8216;Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery&#8217; is written and directed by Rian Johnson and produced alongside his partner Ram Bergman under their T-Street banner, the film will release globally on Netflix December 23, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Said Scott Stuber, Head of Global Film at Netflix: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cWe\u2019re excited to offer fans an exclusive sneak preview of Rian\u2019s incredible film.
