If like me you’re a fan of the French dramedy, ‘Dix Pour Cent’ (otherwise known in the UK as ‘Call My Agent!’), then you’ll be keen to find out details of the upcoming UK version, ‘Ten Percent’, which will be screening from 28 April on Prime Video.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The original series featured an ensemble cast of fabulous French names, including (my personal favourite) Camille Cottin, who plays H\u00e9l\u00e8ne in the current series of ‘Killing Eve’. Each episode was further supported cameos from well known French artists, such as Juliette Binoche, Christopher Lambert, and Charlotte Gainsbourg. The show quickly gained a massive international following during the pandemic that when it was renewed for a fourth and final season, Sigourney Weaver signed up for a guest role, script unseen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘Ten Percent’, the UK remake, comes from BAFTA award winner John Morton<\/a> (Twenty Twelve, W1A), and will launch on 28th<\/sup> April, with all eight episodes available exclusively that day on Prime Video in the UK, Ireland and select countries worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The show focuses on the staff of the talent agency, Nightingale Hart, and their – feisty and often contrary – clientele. The ensemble cast is made up of both legendary actors and new faces, including Jack Davenport, Lydia Leonard, Maggie Steed, Prasanna Puwanarajah, Hiftu Quasem, Fola Evans-Akingbola, Rebecca Humphries, Harry Trevaldwyn, Tim McInnerny, Natasha Little, Edward Bluemel, Eleonore Arnaud and Jim Broadbent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As with the French series, the A-list cameos, which include the likes of Helena Bonham Carter, Olivia Williams, David Oyelowo, Jessica Oyelowo, and Dominic West, will be playing exaggerated caricatures of themselves. Be sure to also look out for Emma Corrin, Kelly Macdonald, Himesh Patel, David Harewood and Clemence Poesy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
