Sophie Ellis-Bextor will bring her Kitchen Disco from the screen to the stage this March, with her highly-anticipated Kitchen Disco Tour 2022.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The live shows will begin at Birmingham Symphony Hall on 7th March, and conclude in a huge finale at the iconic London Palladium on 30th March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sophie Ellis-Bextor\u2019s now infamous live Instagram Kitchen Disco\u2019s during Covid-19 were means of virtual escapism, and became weekly moments of united sequined catharsis for many.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Underneath the family\u2019s sparkling kitchen disco ball, Sophie, her husband Richard Jones (who also plays bass in Sophie\u2019s live band), and their children\u2019s familial exuberance put a smile on the face of the hundreds of thousands watching live on Instagram. The individual videos of songs from the performances also garnered millions of views on Twitter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shows led to Sophie\u2019s second greatest hits compilation \u2018Songs from the Kitchen Disco\u2019, which was released in November 2020 and went Top 10 in the UK Album Charts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now Sophie will bring these shows to life for the very first time with her Kitchen Disco Tour<\/strong>; bringing together all of the camp and frivolity of her original show to live stages across the country.          <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Holiday Sidewinder has been added as a special guest for the tour, bringing her unique brand of tongue-in-cheek pop to get the party started with tracks from her 2018 album \u2018Forever or Whatever\u2019, and last year\u2019s \u2018Face of God\u2019, which was listed as one of NME\u2019s top Australian albums of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
