Hosted and spearheaded by The Duchess Of Cambridge, and supported by The Royal Foundation, the service will feature Tom performing alongside Leona Lewis<\/strong> and Ellie Goulding<\/strong>, with carols sung by the world-renowned Westminster Abbey choir, and will pay tribute to the incredible work of individuals and organisations across the UK who have supported their communities through the COVID-19 pandemic. Tom recently played a Forward Trust Charity Event of which The Duchess of Cambridge is Patron.\u00a0
