‘Christmas Tears’ by Irish singer-songwriter Helen Agnes D has been released at a time in when the celebration of Christmas itself has been made difficult for people all over the world. <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

‘Christmas Tears’ evokes bittersweet memories of Christmas past and brings to mind those who can\u2019t be with us for Christmas. The song features a group of international musicians and an arrangement by Grammy-nominated and Juno Award-winning producer Roger Ryan (Nashville).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘Christmas Tears’ is dedicated to the memory of Karen Waters, who died of childhood cancer on 11 April 2003. She was 13 years old.
Karen was a multi-talented girl who loved to sing. At primary school she was in the National Children\u2019s Choir, and was a member of her school choir in secondary school. She was also a keen artist and won a Merit Award in the Texaco Art Competition. Lively, determined and full of potential, Karen\u2019s personality touched everyone she met. All funds raised from streaming and CD sales will be donated to Karen’s Fund – Crumlin Children’s Hospital. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Helen Agnes D came to songwriting early \u2013 aged six in fact \u2013 and by her mid-teens she was already an experienced performer of her own material. Ever since then she has been distilling her life experience into finely-crafted songs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Helen put her career as a performer on hold while raising her family, but in the past few years she\u2019s been putting that to rights by writing and recording a growing collection of new material which has been described as “a songbook of the human heart.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New album, ‘Heart Reshaped’, is set for release early 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
