Corey Hill is a singer, songwriter and producer, as well as an active-duty US Army veteran, with more than 34 years of service, a husband and father of \u00a0four daughters. Raised by his mother and grandmother, a deep love of Gospel Music was instilled in him from an early age, and formed the basis for his musical influence. Corey’s new single, ‘Back To Me’, is an R&B infused track that will grab your attention from the very first note.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

With all the spirituality in his house growing up, it should come as no surprise that Corey Hill found himself gravitating naturally towards singing in Church choirs. Reminiscing about those days, he says,<\/p>\n

\u201cat the same time as church choir, I couldn\u2019t help but be drawn to the melodic spaces that R&B music occupied\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

From the choir, Corey enlisted with the army, where he was given further opportunities to progress his musical career, performing all over the world, both as a solo act and as part of a band, the latter of whom even went so far as to win the US Army Battle of the Bands.<\/p>\n

Latest single, \u2018Back To Me\u2019, was written in less than an hour, tells the story of two \u00a0lovers who, not for lack of want, cannot be together. Corey says,<\/p>\n

\u201cThe song expresses the man’s desire to let her know how special she will always be to him, and his wish for her to come back to him \u00a0someday.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
