This latest single from the celebrated actor and R&B singer songwriter, features\u00a0award winning Ghanaian artist, Adina Thembi, and the video will resonate for the jealous and the suspected alike: and just like all good thrillers, there’s a twist at the end.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The video for ‘Love Me Love’ sees Rob making his directorial debut, while Adina Thembi, one of the best-loved Afropop vocalists in contemporary Ghanaian music, adds her sweetness and fire to the already explosive track. Thembi\u2019s verse serves as a stinging reply to Murat\u2019s muscular verses, and their dialogue increases both the intensity and the immersive quality of the song. Naturally, accredited actor Rob gives a compelling performance as a tormented lover. He is able to harness the madness at the heart of romantic insecurity, and skilfully conveys the desperation of hours spent waiting by the phone for a message. Adina Thembi however commands the camera just as effortlessly. She has a stunning screen presence, and radiates intelligence and confidence, all the while dodging surveillance cameras and cell phone stalkers with skill, grace, and ease.<\/p>\n

We first see Adina\u2019s character on a beautiful day in her native Ghana, walking down the street, smiling at people passing by, and taking in the sites. Meanwhile, back at home in LA, Rob Murat\u2019s character frets alone. He’s driven to distraction by an ominous alert on his phone, and we\u2019re given a glimpse of what’s going on inside his jealous head – a prisoner of his own emotions.
