Out now, ‘Beyond The Clouds’ is the nine track debut album from Christian musician, Mar\u00ed. The multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, and producer, uses music as a tool to explore and express his faith in Christ.<\/strong><\/b><\/h4>\n

The album was recorded and produced in Mar\u00ed’s home studio, who additionally played all instruments, as well sang on the album. Mar\u00ed graduated in modern music composition at the European Center, and plays piano, acoustic and electric guitar, bass, drums, and is learning violin, and can sing in Italian and Spanish, as well as English.<\/p>\n

The entire album is mostly with upbeat songs of praise, which make for very easy listening, but track 5, ‘Like You Are’, takes a step away from the gentle pop rock style of the previous 4 songs, and is instead comes closer to being an R&B track, with a stream of conscious lyric style. Vocally, Mar\u00ed reminds us of James Taylor, and Michael W Smith.<\/p>\n

Mar\u00ed produced the European Ecumenic youth hymn, ‘We Are Not Alone’, which was broadcast on ‘West Coast Praze’, and screened in the UK and USA.<\/p>\n
