Set for release December 4, Renee Soul’s debut single, is ‘Incredible’ in more than just name alone. The jazz\/soul single was recorded at London’s Metropolis Studios, and was born out of Renee’s desire to share “the important message of women knowing self love and worth”.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

‘Incredible’ is packed solid with soul and attitude, and Renee was inspired to write the track about a past relationship. Renee won a competition with The Academy Of Contemporary Music (ACM), with the prize being two professional studio sessions. Her sound bears witness to the influence of such women’s rights activists as SaltN’Pepa, as well as TLC, and her very own styling.<\/p>\n

Renee Soul cites Curtis Mayfield, Lucy Pearl, and Mariah Carey among her primary influences, and the R&B, funk, and soul singer songwriter is ready to share her contemporary, and often very satirical, work with the world.<\/p>\n
