The track comes as the first single from his &#8216;Private Disco&#8217; EP, which is set to see the year out with its release on December 31.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Michael Ghould, who used to perform under just his surname, realises that to make it in the cutthroat music business, you have to stand out. &#8216;Girls &amp; Boys&#8217; is the first single in a new era for the artist, and with his infectious style he encourages us to get our black nail polish out, turn the flashing club lights on, and get ready to party like it&#8217;s 1994.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Making good use of green screen during these Covid-19 times, Michael Ghould takes reference from the original Blur music video, which saw the band use footage of themselves performing in front of people-filled backdrops. For his clip, Michael Ghould performs in front of chickens, flames, and a disco ball, while waving a variety of pride flags. He dances, gives a speech in front of the White House, and provocatively sucks on the end of a banana.
