‘One More Ride’, from Erik V, was born out of lockdown as the producer saw iconic music venues having to close their doors due to COVID-19.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The EDM\/House track was originally written around a guitar riff, and builds to a powerful EDM climax, and has clear references to such EDM legends as Kygo, and Avicii, who are among his favourite artists.<\/p>\n

Erik V grew up playing in a variety of rock bands and other musical groups, and along the way perfected his style, which he presents in every project he undertakes.<\/p>\n

With ‘One More Ride’, Erik V started out with the hook serving as the song’s focal point, thereafter building up the lyrics, and the remainder of the arrangement, around this, in a style he describes as “limitless”.<\/p>\n

Erik V creates uplifting bangers, which compel people to get onto the dance floor, in a way that merges both pop and house, the result being a sound unique to the artist. Although 2020 has put a temporary halt to his current performance plans, he’s nonetheless looking forward to sharing his new tracks, when the clubs, live festivals, and other concerts are allowed again.<\/p>\n
