Born in The Bronx, New York City, Adam Troy grew up in a musical home, where he was immersed in old school R&B, Motown, Hard Rock, Disco, and Jazz. He spent many years listening to, imitating, and generally soaking up the greats, and eventually decided to start releasing music, with a smooth, sensual vocal style reminiscent of those he admired in his youth, but with his own style.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Adam met Gerrell Thomas in 2018, a Hip Hop\/R&B artist, writer and producer, and the pair fell into working together, soon realising that what they were creating was quite unique. Their single, ‘We Have Ups And Downs’ was crafted in the studio in 2019, with their signature sound flowing through the track, which has more than a touch of Peter Gabriel about it.<\/p>\n

‘We Have Ups And Downs’ focuses on the human condition; our emotions, and our relationships with others. The track features Seven The General, who provides his straight shooting lyrics, focusing on the tough times experienced by people. The track is accompanied by a heart-wrenching music video, with the central theme a relationship on the brink of disaster.<\/p>\n
