Previously known as Ramos, Niramsin is an Australian singer, songwriter, and producer, who’s been making an name for himself in the independent music scene for years, with his diverse musical styles ranging from mainstream pop, EDM, and urban sounds. He’s additionally gained recognition for his humanitarian efforts, and in 2016 he was named Young Australian\/Assyrian Of The Year due to his activism, which is seen in his music and videos. Later that year he was nominated by MusicOz for Australian independent artist of the year, and his track, ‘Humanity’ saw extensive airplay. He’s seen his work get major international recognition as well: after producing a Janet Jackson tribute dance track, the singer herself met up with him in Auckland, New Zealand, to talk about how he has embraced Australia’s special multicultural identity.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The music video for Niramsin’s latest single, ‘How You Like’, featuring Dell-P, is a gorgeous feast of the beauty of Australia, both natural and manmade. As he sings, “Meet me where the sea meets the sky”, we see a dancer moving from a lighthouse, to the shore, with each move carefully on the beat, perfectly matched to Niramsin’s voice. As he sings, “it into deeper water”, the next dancer does exactly that, moving underwater fully dressed.<\/p>\n

Next we see a group of dancers on a yacht in the middle of the ocean, their movements flowing in sync with Niramsin’s vocals, and then in time to Dell-P’s rap. It’s all a perfect match between music and video, the tropical sound of the music harmonises beautifully with the clip, and vice versa.<\/p>\n
