Released July 10 through Renegade Maverick Records, ‘I Want You’ is the latest single from country pop duo The Rising.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

It’s been a while since we’ve written about The Rising, who are now a duo comprising Chris Logan and Chantelle McAteer. They’ve also relocated from Belfast and now make their base in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. Despite all these changes, they still have The Rising sound, and ‘I Want You’ is a beautifully upbeat track which capitalises on Chantelle’s incredible vocals. Giving Taylor Swift or Amy Grant a run for their money, Chantelle’s voice is strong and confident, while Chris’s instrumental accompaniment beautifully complements – and compliments – her sound.<\/p>\n

‘I Want You’ is an upbeat summery track, the perfect song for those evenings when there’s no relief from the heat. You can just imagine sitting listening in front of an open window (or on a porch swing) with the breezy song cooling you down.<\/p>\n
