Now the LA based, Pennsylvania native returns with his new release, &#8216;Make Believe&#8217;, which sees him pick up where that song and video left off.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On &#8216;Make Believe&#8217;, LBM finds a way for his voice to zero in right to the heart, the simple guitar and ambient synths providing a foundation for his soaring vocals. The chorus is reminiscent of a fully-charged Justin Bieber, while the lyrics are a showcase for LBM&#8217;s prowess as a songwriter and storyteller.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On &#8216;Stranded&#8217; we saw LBM escaping from the clutches of an abusive ex-partner, only for it to end with him being trapped by her on a bridge out in the middle of nowhere. &#8216;Make Believe&#8217; picks up immediately after that, slumped against the rail showing the damage he&#8217;s suffered at his former love&#8217;s hands, the injuries mirroring the emotional suffering he&#8217;s experienced. He&#8217;s fading in and out, between alert and unconscious, and thinks back to a time spent with a new love, and a relationship with a promising future. It&#8217;s uncertain as to whether or not this relationship was real or imagined &#8211; are we watching him die on the bridge?
