Rather than internalise it and cause himself unnecessary stress, he took to his guitar and put all his emotions into it &#8211; but instead of making the choice to be down, he instead decided to make the song as upbeat as he possibly could, so full of life and meaning that the listener can&#8217;t help but dance along. &#8216;Goodbye&#8217; brings with it the message that we don&#8217;t have to see the negative as a bad thing; we can turn it around and reutilise its energy for good.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jon Davis had a career in film and television, before deciding to get into music.
