Now celebrating its 5th year, the festival at Tudor Grange Park in Solihull has already confirmed eight great acts for what looks set to be the biggest year yet on July 25 and 26.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

R&B legends, Kool and the Gang, promise a high-energy, soulful and funky set on Saturday 25 July, featuring hits such as \u2018Celebration\u2019, \u2018Get Down On it\u2019, \u2018Ladies\u2019 Night\u2019, \u2019Jungle Boogie\u2019, \u2018Fresh\u2019, “Let’s Go Dancin’ (Ooh La, La, La)\u201d and \u2018Cherish\u2019.\u00a0 They\u2019ve earned two Grammy Awards, seven American Music Awards, 25 Top Ten R&B hits, nine Top Ten pop hits, 31 gold & platinum albums and sold over 70 million albums worldwide.<\/p>\n

They\u2019ll be joined by 80s soul superstars, Shalamar, who had massive hits with \u2018A Night to Remember\u2019, \u2018I Can Make You Feel Good\u2019, \u2018The Second Time Around\u2019, \u2018Friends\u2019 and \u2018Make That Move\u2019. They promise to be a powerful and energetic act.<\/p>\n

UK acid jazz and funk royalty, The Brand New Heavies, will be gracing the main stage on the back of sell-out shows across Europe, 2m album sales and 16 Top 40 hits including \u2018Midnight At The Oasis\u2019, \u2018Some-times\u2019\u2019, \u2018Dream On Dreamer\u2019, Dream Come True\u2019. \u2018Stay This Way\u2019 and \u2018You Are The Universe\u2019.<\/p>\n

Also appearing on Saturday are electronic dance duo, Snap!. Having had two Number 1 hits with \u2018The Power\u2019 and \u2018Rhythm is a Dancer\u2019, their other powerful hits include \u2018Oops Up\u2019 and \u2018Mary Had a Little Boy\u2019.<\/p>\n

First to be announced for Sunday\u2019s line up is one of pop\u2019s greatest vocalists, Tony Hadley, who fronted 80s New Romantic band, Spandau Ballet.\u00a0 The band had numerous chart-topping singles and albums all over the world, including the epic \u201cThrough the Barricades\u201d, the international number one \u201cTrue\u201d, and the un-official London Olympics theme \u201cGold\u201d.<\/p>\n

Also on Sunday\u2019s line-up is the internationally acclaimed Belinda Carlisle, who successfully pursued her solo career after leaving the Go-Go\u2019s in 1984. She had 18 solo singles in the UK Top 40 Charts including \u2018Heaven is a Place on Earth\u2019, \u2018Circle in the Sand\u2019, \u2018Leave a Light on\u2019, \u2018(We Want) The Same Thing\u2019 and \u2018Live Your Life Be Free\u2019.<\/p>\n

With a career spanning four decades, Leo Sayer, is sure to get the crowds singing along on the Sunday. His first seven hit singles in the UK all reached the Top 10 \u2013 including \u201cThunder In My Heart\u2019, \u2018When I Need You\u2019, \u2018You Make Me Feel Like Dancing\u2019, \u2018Moonlighting\u2019 and \u2018The Show Must Go On\u2019.<\/p>\n

Out of the punk explosion during the summer of 1976, come ‘From The Jam’ \u2013 featuring Russell Hastings, Bruce Foxton and Mike Randon. With Bruce Foxton being the original bassist from The Jam band, they will be playing all of The Jam\u2019s greatest hits on the Sunday.<\/p>\n
