At 19, he left his job as a cashier to pursue his dreams of a music career. He tried his hand at busking in Times Square, and a clip of his performance blew up on WorldStarHipHop within hours. It wasn&#8217;t all plain sailing &#8211; his story includes a time of homelessness in Las Vegas &#8211; but through busking he&#8217;s managed to hone his craft.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With his personal musical tastes turning to the likes of Bruno Mars, Drake, Russ, PNB Rock, Ed Sheeran, and Lauren Hill, it&#8217;s clear they&#8217;ve had an influence on his sound.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The music video for &#8216;Sunflower&#8217; puts the focus on his lyricism and energetic flow, and his dance moves &#8211; as well as those of his crew &#8211; are on point, and it opens on a perfect summer&#8217;s day, just right for exploring the city, and spending it with the one you love.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">They walk past an array of bright yellow flowers, but JTruthPA has one ready for his lady, on the picnic blanket &#8211; she&#8217;s the only one or thing he has eyes for. Speaking of the video JTruthPA says,<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe inspiration for \u2018Sunflower\u2019 came when I was trying to write the record at home and I couldn\u2019t.
