Rising star\u00a0Hollie Carmen\u00a0has just revealed her official music video for latest single,\u00a0Plan B.\u00a0The video was directed by Hedy Mowinckel, and shot in London\u2019s Whitechapel.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Rising star\u00a0Hollie Carmen\u00a0released her EP\u00a0Plan B\u00a0via AWAL, last month.\u00a0In celebration of this, she played a sold out show at the Waiting RoomStoke Newington the day before release. Of the release\u00a0Hollie\u00a0has said,<\/p>\n

“Plan B\u00a0EP is a snippet of my diary; falling in and out of love, being strong enough to leave, knowing I don\u2019t need someone else to make me happy and most importantly accepting myself for who I am. “<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The EP consists of title track and latest single\u00a0Plan B,\u00a0which she worked on with Oscar Scheller who has collaborated with the likes of Lily Allen, Mabel and Mae Muller amongst others. It has gained support from tastemakers across the board, and no doubt remaining tracks\u00a0Never Thought I\u2019d Be That Girl, The Way ft. Aaron Unknown\u00a0and\u00a0This Song\u00a0will have the same effect.<\/p>\n

Last year,\u00a0Hollie\u00a0released her tracks ‘Butterflies<\/a>‘ and ‘Warrior Love<\/a>‘,\u00a0and received support from tastemakers such as Clash Magazine and The Line Of Best Fit. With more new music and live shows around the corner for\u00a0Hollie,\u00a0it\u2019s an exciting time and all hands on deck for the young Londoner.<\/p>\n

Hollie Carmen\u00a0is a London born and raised singer\/songwriter. Growing up,\u00a0Hollie\u00a0spent her teenage years listening to the likes of Prince, Ray Charles, Erykah Badu, and Lauryn Hill with more recent inspiration taken from artists such as Dua Lipa, Jorja Smith, Alessia Cara, Frank Ocean, and Miguel.<\/p>\n
