Fresh from a massive week which saw her\u00a0feature on the cover of Fabulous magazine’s ‘Futures Issue’, as well as interviews with Evening Standard, Interview Magazine,\u00a0Gay Times and House Of Solo, alongside coverage in Metro and The Sun, Alice Chater premiered the video for her sensational new single ‘Thief’ last Friday, January 25.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

‘Thief’ is a storming\u00a0emotional pop dance\u00a0song\u00a0that details a love that has stolen her heart.<\/div>\n

Speaking about the single, Alice said,<\/div>\n

This song is the perfect way for me to start 2019, as\u00a0I learned so much and really found my feet in 2018.\u00a0 The video\u00a0reflects how I want to be seen.\u00a0 Shot by Anna Radchenko (I really wanted a young female director) it combines all the theatre and drama of who I am, but also the choreography I love.<\/div>\n

I don\u2019t think this level of dance really gets seen any more. I work hard and continue to\u00a0train\u00a0in dance as\u00a0its an equal passion of mine to singing.\u00a0 I love the look of the video, the colours, the theatre, the movement, all of it.\u00a0 It was a dream come true and I can\u2019t think of a better way to start 2019.<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Alice’s previous releases have attracted the attention of Radio 1, with her tracks being played on Best New Pop, and\u00a0‘Heartbreak Hotel’ becoming the station’s\u00a0Track of the Week, which was described by presenter Clara Amfo,<\/div>\n

2018 saw\u00a0Alice<\/span><\/span>\u00a0play\u00a0shows at\u00a0Thousand Island in Islington,\u00a0The Old Blue Last and Birthdays in Dalston, alongside sets at Rize Festival, London Pride, Sink The Pink Pride Night and the Fiorucci London store opening. She closed the year out by appearing in Little Mix’s hugely talked about Rankin-directed video for\u00a0‘Strip’.\u00a0Alice<\/span>\u00a0was personally chosen by the band to be one of the amazing women featured.<\/div>\n

Alice is a triple-threat, with on-point choreography, high-concept videos and attitude-laden vocals that aren\u2019t afraid to belt. Alice<\/span><\/span>\u00a0is about to shake things up, with the help of some of pop\u2019s biggest names including Max Martin\u2019s right hand man Rami Yacoub; fellow Swede Carl Falk; Years & Years\u2019 producer Mark Ralph; Katy Perry collaborator Bonnie McKee and Mozella, who penned Wrecking Ball.<\/div>\n

Alongside Alice, overseeing her every step, has been her songwriting mentor Kee Ingrosso, wife of Sebastian Ingrosso, and co-writer of J.Lo\u2019s On The Floor among others.<\/div>\n

If that\u2019s not enough, she impressed\u00a0will.i.am<\/a>\u00a0so much after a one off meeting on a night out that he too has become a mentor, and helped her kickstart a major label rush that was won by Virgin EMI\u00a0in the UK.<\/div>\n
